It is suggested that around one in four kids go to primary school still wearing nappies and unable to feed themselves. What might explain this extraordinary situation when teachers become nappy changers!!!

A possible explanation could be mothers who insist keeping their kids in nappies claiming either autism or learning difficulties. This enables them access to all sorts of extra welfare payments !

Check the demographic and you will almost certainly say ’no sh...it!’
